Why Agribusiness is good for you

There was a story carried by the Business Daily of a young man who makes a million shillings from dairy farming. Now that is something.

What that story tells us is that agribusiness may be the answer to our persistent search for employment. The beauty is that one can always start small.

What is the point of waiting for a job for so many years when you can do some little farming and make as much money, maybe more? What is the point of sticking for so long in a job that you earn peanuts and are overworked like a donkey?

Whether you want to rear poultry, keep fish or do some horticulture, there are many advancements in farming that guarantee you great returns. All you need to do is research on your interest and ask specialists if the plan you have is suitable for your location.

At a glance, the advantages include low cost of production and a ready market. These, I think, are enough reasons why you should give it a shot.

  2. Well, you give it a shot. But make sure you fence your farm. We dont want chickens crossing the road and causing accidents!
